Rod West began his broadcast career as a teen in his hometown of Grand Rapids, Michigan, when he built a radio station in his high school. This entrepreneurial initiative led to prominent roles at major radio stations including WPRO (Providence, RI), WHTT (Boston, MA), Z-100 (New York, NY), and KIIS-FM (Los Angeles, CA).
His career evolved from traditional in-studio broadcasting to contemporary digital voice tracking for stations nationwide. West has received recognition including the Rhode Island Radio Hall of Fame Legacy Station of the Year Award and offers daily show tracking services for interested stations.
